Privacy and texting terms

What we collect
When you book an estimate or become a customer, we collect your name, phone number, email, the address of the property, and details about the fence you want. At your visit we may take photos and measurements of your yard. When you sign a proposal, we record your typed name, signature, the time, and your device's IP address so the signature can be verified.
How we use it
- To schedule visits and installs and keep you updated.
- To prepare your proposal, contract and invoices.
- To pull permits and request utility marking for your property.
- To order materials and keep our business records.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business (such as our email, text message and payment providers), with your city when we apply for a permit, and when the law requires it.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Text messages
If you check the box to receive texts, Happy Yard Fence Co. will text you about your estimate, proposal, schedule and job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything. We do not share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our staff app uses one cookie to keep staff signed in.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep job records, including signed contracts, as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal purposes. To see, correct or delete your information, contact us.
